Premises or property definition

Premises or property means a commercial, private or public building or structure, including all rooms within the property as well as all public areas, halls, stairs, cellars, roofs, shafts, court yards, alleys and areas surrounding the structure. It shall also include all vacant lots, parks, streets and vehicles.
Premises or property means any unit / plot of land, building, Warehouses or part of land, building or Warehouses.

Premises or property means the real property located at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx and buildings and improvements now or hereafter thereon.
