Premises or Property definition

Premises or Property means any unit / plot of land, building, Warehouses or part of land, building or Warehouses.
Premises or Property means the real property located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and buildings and improvements now or hereafter thereon.

  • Tenant shall deliver to Landlord prior to delivery to any governmental agency, or promptly after receipt from any such agency, copies of all permits, manifests, closure or remedial action plans, notices, and all other documents relating to the Handling by Tenant of Hazardous Materials at or about the Premises or Property.

  • Upon receipt of notice from Tenant, Landlord shall, within a reasonable time period thereafter, repair the following: (1) all defects in Premises or Property which create unsafe living conditions or render Premises untenable; and (2) to the extent required by state law, such other defects which, if not corrected, will leave Premises or Property in a state of disrepair.

  • Furthermore, Tenant shall pay any fines, penalties or other assessments imposed by any governmental agency with respect to any such Hazardous Materials and shall forthwith repair and restore any portion of the Premises or Property which it shall disturb in so removing any such Hazardous Materials to the condition which existed prior to Tenant’s disturbance thereof.

  • Tenant shall permit Landlord and its Agents to enter the Premises at all reasonable times following reasonable notice (except in an emergency) to inspect, Maintain, or make Alterations to the Premises or Property, to exhibit the Premises for the purpose of sale or financing, and, during the last 12 months of the Term, to exhibit the Premises to any prospective tenant.

  • No Hazardous Materials shall be Handled by Tenant at or about the Premises or Property without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent may be granted, denied, or conditioned upon compliance with Landlord’s requirements, all in Landlord’s absolute discretion.

  • If Tenant is on active duty with the United States military and Tenant or an immediate family member of Tenant occupying Premises receives, during the term of this Lease, permanent change of station orders or temporary duty orders for a period in excess of three (3) months, Tenant’s obligation for rent hereunder shall not exceed: (1) thirty (30) days rent after Tenant gives notice under this section; and (2) the cost of repairing damage to Premises or Property caused by an act or omission of Tenant.

  • Tenant’s rights under this Lease shall at all times be automatically junior and subordinate to any deed to secure debt which is now or shall hereafter be placed on the Premises or Property.
