Preoperative preparation time by surgical procedure means the average length of time in days between admit date and date of the first surgical procedure performed on the patient as counted based on the hospital's policy for daily charge purposes.
Project Preparation Advance means the project preparation advances granted by the Association to the Borrower pursuant to an exchange of letters dated December 12, 1987 and January 19, 1988, and May 30, 1989 and June 23, 1989, between the Borrower and the Association;
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.
