Prepetition Indenture Trustees definition

Prepetition Indenture Trustees means Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota National Association as successor to each of The Fuji Bank and Trust Company, Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company (Chase) and Sun Trust Bank, and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as successor to Mizuho Trust and Banking Co. (USA) (formerly known as Yasuda Bank and Trust Company (U.S.A.)), as trustees pursuant to the terms of the respective Indentures.
Prepetition Indenture Trustees means, collectively, the Prepetition Senior Secured Indenture Trustee, the Prepetition Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and the Prepetition Subordinated Notes Indenture Trustee.

Prepetition Indenture Trustees means the Secured Notes Indenture Trustee, the Unsecured Notes Indenture Trustee and the Convertible Notes Indenture Trustee.
Prepetition Indenture Trustees means, collectively, the Floating Rate Secured Note Indenture Trustee, the Senior Note Indenture Trustee, the 9 3/8% Subordinated Note Indenture Trustee and the 11% Subordinated Note Indenture Trustee.
