Prepetition Lender Secured Claim means any Secured Claim arising under the Prepetition Credit Documents.
Prepetition Lender Secured Claim means the Allowed Secured Claim of Prepetition Lender, which is secured by a valid first-priority lien on substantially all of the Debtors’ assets.
