Prepetition Credit Documents definition

Prepetition Credit Documents means all "Loan Documents" as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Prepetition Credit Documents

Prepetition Credit Documents means the Prepetition Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments related thereto, including any guaranty agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security agreements.

Prepetition Credit Documents means, collectively, the Prepetition Credit Agreement, Prepetition Swap Agreements, and all other agreements, instruments, notes, guaranties and other documents executed in connection therewith, including, without limitation, the Prepetition Guarantee and Collateral Agreement and all other collateral and security documents executed by the Debtors in favor of the Prepetition Agent and the Prepetition Lenders.
