Prepetition Loan Agreement definition

Prepetition Loan Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of September 26, 2007, between the Debtor, GECC and certain other parties.
Prepetition Loan Agreement means the Loan Agreement, dated as of May 24, 2018, by and among the Debtors as borrowers, the Prepetition Agent, and the lender parties thereto, as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, together with all and such other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments delivered or executed from time to time in connection therewith.
