Prepetition Notes Indenture definition

Prepetition Notes Indenture means that certain indenture, dated as of August 1, 2018 among Parent, the guarantors named therein or party thereto, and the Prepetition Notes Indenture Trustee, as may be amended modified or supplemented from time to time.
Prepetition Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of May 26, 2011 among HMHP, HMCo, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., a national banking association, as trustee and collateral agent.
Prepetition Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of March 23, 2012 (as amended, restated, modified, supplemented, or replaced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof), by and among Monitronics, the guarantors named thereunder, and the Indenture Trustee.
