Prescriptive authority means the legal authority to prescribe medications and devices as defined by party state laws.
Authority Document(s) means document(s) duly adopted by the Board by resolution or motion implementing the powers, functions and activities of the Authority, including but not limited to the Operating Rules and Regulations, the annual budget, and plans and policies.
Executive Authority means the executive committee or executive mayor of the Municipality or, if the Municipality does not have an executive committee or executive mayor, a committee of councillors appointed by the Municipal Council;
Bilateral Agreement means the Canada-Ontario Integrated Bilateral Agreement for the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program entered into between Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario, effective as of March 26, 2018, as amended.
Second Lien Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Administrative authority means the state or local official responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
Security Agreement With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the agreement creating a security interest in favor of the originator in the related Cooperative Stock.
Mentor-Protégé Agreement means an agreement between a prime and MBE or WBE subcontractor pursuant to MCC 2-92-535, that is approved by the City of Chicago and complies with all requirements of MCC 2-92-535 and any rules and regulations promulgated by the Chief Procurement Officer.
First Lien Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
Regulatory Agreement means the regulatory agreement between HPD and the Owner establishing certain controls upon the operation of the Exemption Area during the term of the Exemption.
