Prescriptive authority agreement definition

Prescriptive authority agreement means an agreement entered into by a physician and an advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant through which the physician delegates to the advanced practice registered nurse or physician assistant the act of prescribing or ordering a drug or device.

  • Prescriptive authority means the legal authority to prescribe medications and devices as defined by party state laws.

  • Compliance Authority means each and all of the (a) U.S. Treasury Department/Office of Foreign Assets Control, (b) U.S. Treasury Department/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, (c) U.S. State Department/Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, (d) U.S. Commerce Department/Bureau of Industry and Security, (e) the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, (f) the U.S. Justice Department, and (g) the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Short-Form IP Security Agreements means short-form patent, trademark or copyright (as the case may be) security agreements, substantially in the forms of Exhibits J, K and L to this Agreement, as applicable, entered into by one (1) or more Obligors in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of each Secured Party.

  • Authorization Letter means a letter agreement executed by Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT A.
