PRG GROUP means PRG and its subsidiaries as the same may exist from time to time;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • VAT Group means a group for the purposes of the VAT Grouping Legislation.
