Pricing Addendum definition

Pricing Addendum means that certain Prime Referenced Rate Addendum to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, by and between Bank and Borrower, dated as of the Closing Date, as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Pricing Addendum means the Prime Referenced Rate Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit F, signed by Borrower and Bank and dated as of the Closing Date.

Pricing Addendum has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Pricing Addendum in a sentence

• Neither the Seller nor the Buyer may rely on the failure of any condition set forth in Section 6.1, Section 6.2 or Section 6.3 to be satisfied, as the case may be, if such failure was caused by such Party’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation required by this Agreement to be performed or complied with by it at or prior to Closing.

• Except as set forth in Section 2.3(b), the Advances shall bear interest, on the outstanding daily balance thereof, as set forth in the Pricing Addendum.

More Definitions of Pricing Addendum

Pricing Addendum means the Prime Referenced Rate Addendum attached hereto.

Pricing Addendum means the separately executed addendum to this Marketing Agreement which states the commercial terms of this Agreement. The Pricing Addendum is attached as Exhibit A and is hereby incorporated herein as part of this Marketing Agreement.

Pricing Addendum means that certain LIBOR/Prime Referenced Rate Addendum attached hereto as Exhibit E.
