Point of Supply. WaterNSW will provide and the Consumer will take (subject to these clauses) a supply of water at a point selected by WaterNSW adjacent to one of its main pipelines.
Point of Supply. 5.1 Quotations for the supply of Goods are based on all-Natural Product being available from the Supplier’s normal point of supply (as determined by the Supplier).

Point of Supply. 9.1. The Customer must only attach a Hydrant to the waterworks at an agreed Point of Supply.
9.2. A Customer must contact Roxby Water a minimum of 2 business day prior to taking water to confirm Point/ Points of Supply.
9.3. The Customer must only use a Potable Water Hydrant for accessing Roxby Water infrastructure.
9.4. The Customer must not use a Recycled Water Hydrant to take water from Potable water waterworks.
Point of Supply. The existing panels shown in Figure 3-2 have been earmarked as the point of supply for the new AC drives. The Contractor shall include calculations confirming the suitability of using these panels, based on the available capacity and the requirements of their design. Point of Supply. The landowners agree and acknowledge that by executing this Agreement, they have agreed with the Corporation that the point of supply of water to their respective lands is at the parent meter and that the delivery of water from the parent meter to their respective lands lies with the landowners and the Committee. Each landowner covenants with the Committee that the landowner’s land, where it is situated within an Irrigation District, is a serviced property. Each landowner acknowledges that the Corporation may not deliver any water to the parent meter in response to an order, unless in the opinion of the Corporation, the Committee has sufficient allocation in its Allocation Bank Account to cover any actual or anticipated conveyance loss. Each landowner shall within the time limitations allowed by the Corporation, pay all monies from time to time due by the landowner to the Corporation.

Point of Supply. The indicative Point of Supply and location of the Meter for the Bulk Supply is shown on the Plan. The first 5 metres of the new water mains laid by XXX Water from the Point of Connection to NWL’s existing water mains shall be deemed to have been laid by and vested in NWL.

If a landowner in the course of delivering water through in or along the works causes damage to any part of the works, (fair wear and tear excepted), that landowner shall be liable to pay the cost of any repairs necessary to rectify such damage unless otherwise exempted by a general meeting of landowners.
