Primary Minerals means lead, zinc, silver and gold, including all existing and future ores, minerals, mineral elements and compounds, veins, lodes and mineral deposits.

  • Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 21(a) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Petroleum Products means gasolines and petroleum oil distillates or blend stocks as further described in Item 10.
