Primary Regulator definition

Primary Regulator means the state regulator having primary jurisdiction over the relevant HMO Subsidiary or Insurance Subsidiary.
Primary Regulator means the Banking Regulator, Qualified Foreign Exchange, or other applicable home-country regulatory body.
