Prime Floor definition

Prime Floor has the meaning given in the definition of Prime Rate.
Prime Floor means four percent (4.0%).

(or any successor statute thereto), or under any similar state or federal law, (ii) is a Crowdfunded Person or (iii) owns a direct or indirect interest in Borrower, any SPE Component Entity or the Property through a tenancy-in-common or other similar form of ownership interest.

  • Square feet or "square foot" as used in this Lease includes the area contained within the leased premises together with a common area percentage factor of the leased premises proportionate to the total building area.
