Prime Subcontractor definition

Prime Subcontractor shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.2.4.
Prime Subcontractor means a Subcontractor that has entered into a contract with Nortel or Mirror (as the case may be) with a value in excess of R$5 million per year.
Prime Subcontractor means the Contractor approved prime subcontractor selected from the list set forth in Exhibit 3.2 prior to the Notice to Proceed Date.

Prime Subcontractor means SITA Information Networking Computing (Ireland) Limited, a subsidiary company of SITA NV, with a registered address of Building 0, Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xx. Donegal, Ireland.
Prime Subcontractor means, with respect to the Transfer Stations and Materials Recovery Facility, The Xxxxx Group of Companies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, which has entered into a separate operations agreement with Contractor (the Prime Subcontract) whereby Prime Subcontractor, among other things, will operate the Materials Recovery Facility and the Transfer Stations and will provide transportation services between these County Facilities.

Related to Prime Subcontractor

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • Subcontractor means any person, private or government entity, or a combination of the above, to whom any part of the Goods to be supplied or execution of any part of the Related Services is subcontracted by the Supplier.

The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
