Principal Designer definition

Principal Designer means, where applicable, the designer appointed by the Client in projects involving more than one contractor, and to coordinate the pre-construction phase.
Principal Designer means the designer appointed under regulation 5(1)(a) to perform the specified duties in regulations 11 and 12;

Principal Designer has the meaning given in the CDM Regulations;
