Role of Principal. The scheduling of employees shall be the responsibility of the principal or supervising administrator. Such scheduling shall be accomplished in a fair, equitable, and impartial fashion, taking into account seniority and employee preferences.

Role of Principal. Notwithstanding this provision, the principal shall comply with all timelines and other aspects of the evaluation process as identified in the bargaining agreement, including developing specific improvements sought for RPT’s, and all observations and write-ups. Parties agree that PAR should provide assistance to a teacher who receives an unsatisfactory evaluation as to the two areas of the evaluation document which are addressed under this program.
Role of Principal. Promotion and tenure (see clause 6.2.3) are granted by the Principal, as approved by the Board of Directors. The Principal writes to the Faculty Member conveying the terms of their new appointment.
