Principal Guarantors definition

Principal Guarantors means, collectively, each Principal Owner of a Borrower that executes a Principal Guaranty Agreement from time to time.
Principal Guarantors means SPTMRT Properties Trust and SPTBROOK Properties Trust, each a Maryland real estate investment trust and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Borrower.
