Examples of Prior Facility in a sentence
During the second quarter of 2018, we recorded a $1.2 charge to accelerate the amortization of unamortized deferred financing costs related to the extinguishment of the Prior Facility (see note 11).
The Prior Facility was terminated on June 17, 2005, at which time the prior outstanding term loan of $245,000 was repaid.
Net proceeds of approximately $49.4 million received from this issuance were used to repay outstanding borrowings under the Prior Facility.
