Prior Facility definition

Prior Facility means the credit facility established pursuant to that certain Credit Agreement dated October 13, 1999 by and among the Borrower, the lenders party thereto and Bankers Trust Company as Administrative Agent and terminated effective July 21, 2004.

Prior Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 3.23.

Examples of Prior Facility in a sentence

• During the second quarter of 2018, we recorded a $1.2 charge to accelerate the amortization of unamortized deferred financing costs related to the extinguishment of the Prior Facility (see note 11).

More Definitions of Prior Facility

Prior Facility means all amounts owing under that certain Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement by and among Borrower, Lender (as a lender and administrative agent), and Comerica Bank dated as of November 20, 2015.

Prior Facility means Borrower’s revolving credit facility with BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A., which is refinanced on the Closing Date.
