Refunding Bonds shall be issued in a principal amount sufficient, together with other moneys available therefor, to accomplish such refunding and to make the deposits in the Funds and Accounts under the Resolution required by the provisions of the Supplemental Resolution authorizing such Bonds or to make any deposits or payments required by the Prior Resolution or resolution authorizing Subordinate Indebtedness, as applicable.
So long as the Prior Bonds are Outstanding, the limitations on the issuance of parity obligations set forth in the Prior Resolution shall be applicable.
No obligations payable from the Trust Estate or any portion thereof, other than Subordinated Indebtedness, shall be issued or incurred by the Metropolitan Government, except as set forth in this Article II, including without limitation any obligations issued under the Prior Resolution.
