Prior Resolution definition

Prior Resolution means Amended and Restated Bond Resolution 2018-03-03, as amended by Resolution 2019-03-03 and Resolution 2020-11-05, and as supplemented by First Supplemental Resolution #2019-11-04.
Prior Resolution means the Master Resolution, as supplemented and amended by the Series 2013 Resolution, the Series 2014 Resolution, the Series 2017 Resolution and the Series 2019 Resolution.
