Prior Team definition

Prior Team means the Team for which a player was last under Contract prior to becoming a Qualifying Veteran Free Agent, Early Qualifying Veteran Free Agent or a Non-Qualifying Veteran Free Agent.
Prior Team means, in any Season, the hockey team with which a Player was registered, or otherwise last played, in the same or immediately preceding Season, whether or not such team was affiliated with SJJS.
Prior Team means the Team for which a player was last under Contract prior to becoming a Qualifying Veteran Free Agent, Early Qualifying Veteran Free Agent or a Non- Qualifying Veteran Free Agent.

Examples of Prior Team in a sentence

  • In the event that the Prior Team does not consent, such player will remain subject to the Prior Team’s exclusive negotiating rights.

  • A Prior Team may continue to reassert its exclusive negotiating rights by following the foregoing procedure in each subsequent year in which the Reserved Player does not sign a Player Contract with her Prior Team before the Season ends.

  • If such Reserved Qualifying Offer is made, then, on the February 1 following the last Season covered by the player’s Player Contract, the player shall become a Reserved Player, subject to the exclusive negotiating rights of her Prior Team.

  • In the event such a Qualifying Offer is tendered, the Prior Team shall have the applicable rights regarding such player according to such tender, and such player shall have the same rights regarding negotiations with other Clubs as he had the previous League Year.

Related to Prior Team

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Senior Management Team means at any particular time the Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Evaluation Team means the team appointed by the City; “Information Meeting” has the meaning set out in section 2.2;

  • Working Group means representatives of the Applicable Registry Operators and other members of the community that the Registry Stakeholders Group appoints, from time to time, to serve as a working group to consult on amendments to the Applicable Registry Agreements (excluding bilateral amendments pursuant to Section 7.6(i)).

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.
