Prior Warrant definition

Prior Warrant means the Warrant to Purchase Units of Borrower, dated October 17, 2007 and numbered No. 1 issued by Borrower to Lender.
Prior Warrant means the Warrant held by Optionee to purchase 100,000 Common Shares that expires August 22, 2002.
