Priority Permitted Liens definition

Priority Permitted Liens means Permitted Liens contemplated by and permitted under Sections 7.3(b), (d) and/or (e).

Second Priority Debt shall include any Registered Equivalent Notes and Guarantees thereof by the Guarantors issued in exchange therefor.
