In addition, each Unit Owner shall be responsible for obtaining his own insurance insuring said Owner personally from liability in connection with the ownership, possession, use, and occupancy of his Unit and the Private Elements.
If approved by the IRC, once a Unit Owner encloses his Private Elements with a fence, the maintenance of such enclosed area shall be the responsibility of such Unit Owner.
