Neither Energy Harbor nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any damages or claims for matters within the control of the Utility, which include maintenance of natural gas distribution lines and systems, service interruptions, loss or termination of service, meter readings or injury to persons or damage to property caused by the delivery or supply of natural gas.
The Provider shall be responsible for the Provider’s Share of the T&D Consolidated Utility Billing charges as set forth in Exhibit A hereto in an applicable time period, and such charges shall remain at their current rates for billing related to SOS provided during the Term of Service.
