Privately Owned Area of the Seller definition

Privately Owned Area of the Seller means the areas, equipment as provided for in Article 11.2 of this Contract;
Privately Owned Area of the Seller means the areas in the Apartment Building and the Parking Lots (including the equipment attached to those areas which are under the private use of the Seller) which are not sold by the Seller and are retained by the Seller for use or business and the value of which is not included and allocated by the Seller in the Sale Price as particularly provided for in Article 11.2 of this Contract;

  • Seller Affiliate means any Affiliate of Seller.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Non-owned auto means: 1. Any private passenger auto, pickup, van or "trailer" not owned by or furnished or available for the regular use of you or any "family member" while in the custody of or being operated by you or any "family member"; 2. Any auto or "trailer" you do not own while used as a temporary substitute for "your covered auto" which is out of normal use because of its:

  • Restricted Area means an area, access to which is limited by the licensee or registrant for the purpose of protecting individuals against undue risks from exposure to sources of radiation. Restricted area does not include areas used as residential quarters, but separate rooms in a residential building may be set apart as a restricted area.

  • Pawnbroker means the same as that term is defined in Section 13-32a-102.

  • Company Owned Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Direct seller means a person selling consumer products to individuals for personal or household use and not from a fixed retail location, including selling such product at in-home product demonstrations, parties, and other one-on-one selling.

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and (iii) the areas defined as Restricted Areas in the Background Check Policy.

  • Women-owned business means a business that is at least 51 percent owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, or in the case of a corporation, partnership, or limited liability company or other entity, at least 51 percent of the equity ownership interest is owned by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or legal resident aliens, and both the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more women.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • AMI means Area Median Income as defined by HUD.

  • Wholly Owned Affiliate has the meaning specified in Rule 2 of Regulation RR.

  • Mutual housing corporation means a corporation not-for-profit,

  • Market Area means any location or geographic area within 75 miles of a location where the Company or its Affiliates conducts Business, or has plans to conduct Business of which Executive is aware, during the period of Executive’s employment with the Company.

  • Selling Institution The entity obligated to make payments to the Issuer under the terms of a Participation Interest.

  • First-time home buyer means an individual or his or her spouse or domestic partner who have not owned a home during the three-year period prior to purchase of a home.

  • home business means a business, service or profession carried out in a dwelling or on land around a dwelling by an occupier of the dwelling which –

  • Veteran-owned business means a business that is at least 51% owned by a veteran or veterans who are U.S. citizens and who control and operate the business

  • Investor-owned utility means a company owned by investors

  • Remaining Business means all IAC Businesses other than the Spun Businesses.

  • Business owned by a person with a disability means a business concern that is at least 51% owned by one or more persons with a disability and the management and daily business operations of which are controlled by one or more of the persons with disabilities who own it. A not- for-profit agency for persons with disabilities that is exempt from taxation under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is also considered a "business owned by a person with a disability".

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Community location means a public or private elementary or secondary school, a church, a public library, a public playground, or a public park.

  • Woman owned business means a woman owned business that is a continuing, independent, for profit business which performs a commercially useful function, and is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned and controlled by one or more women; or, in the case of any publicly owned business, at least fifty-one percent (51%) of the stock of which is owned and controlled by one (1) or more women and whose management and daily business operations are under the control of one (1) or more women.

  • Controlled area means an area, outside of a restricted area but inside the site boundary, access to which can be limited by the licensee or registrant for any reason.

  • Publicly owned treatment works or “POTW” means any device or system used in the treatment (including recycling and reclamation) of municipal sewage or industrial wastes of a liquid nature which is owned by a “State” or “municipality” (as defined by section 502(4) of the CWA). This definition includes sewers, pipes, or other conveyances only if they convey wastewater to a POTW providing treatment.
