Priveco Shares definition

Priveco Shares means the 10,000 common shares of Priveco held by the Selling Shareholders, being all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Priveco beneficially held, either directly or indirectly, by the Selling Shareholders;

Priveco Shares means the issued and outstanding common shares of Priveco held by the Selling Shareholders;

Priveco Shares means the one ordinary of Priveco held by the Selling Shareholder, being all of the issued and outstanding shares of Priveco beneficially held, either directly or indirectly, by the Selling Shareholder;

• As of the Closing Date, Schedule 1 contains a true and complete list of the holders of all issued and outstanding shares of the Priveco Common Stock including each holder’s name, address and number of Priveco Shares held.

• Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Selling Shareholders hereby covenant and agree to sell, assign and transfer to Pubco, and Pubco hereby covenants and agrees to purchase from the Selling Shareholders all of the Priveco Shares held by the Selling Shareholders.

Priveco Shares means the 30,000 common shares of Delite held by the Selling Shareholders, being all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Delite, and the 30,000 common shares of Vapor Hub held by the Selling Shareholders, being all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Vapor Hub;

Priveco Shares means One Hundred Percent (100%) of the 8,751,000 of stockof all classes of Priveco held by the Selling Shareholders, being all or One Hundred Percent (100%) of the issued and outstanding Stock of Priveco;
