Process Documentation definition

Process Documentation means, to the extent related to the Compounds, all books and records, data, technical materials, specifications, instructions, processes, formulae, work reports, analytics, communication, correspondence, registrations, reports, protocols, process development data, clinical and commercial manufacturing data, and filings that documents in reasonable detail the development history of the respective Compound.
Process Documentation means documentation provided by Powerwave or developed by Seller to be used to manufacture Products including: bills of material, approved manufacturer list (AML), assembly drawings, line layouts, process documentation, quality and inspection plans, test processes, and packaging requirements.
Process Documentation means the preparation and supply of training materials based on standard NetSuite functionality or the supply of documentation of NoBlue provided customisations unique to the customer’s account.
