Processed Volume definition

Processed Volume means the sum of Shipper’s volume of Committed Gas delivered at the inlet of the Plant as measured by Processor’s Plant inlet meter(s).
Processed Volume means the Gathered Volume less any volumes of gas not Processed at the Plant.

  • Net Processed Volume means the sum of sales prices on processed agreements for sales of Units, calculated monthly by Developer and delivered to Manager on or before the tenth (10th) day of the following month, along with any funds owed Manager.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Supply Period means the period commencing on the Supply Period Start Date and terminating on the Termination Date.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which alternate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Billing cycle or billing period means the period for which regular electricity bills as specified by the Commission, are prepared for different categories of consumers by the licensee;

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.
