Gathered Volume definition

Gathered Volume means the sum of Shipper’s volume of Committed Gas (in MMBtu) delivered at each Delivery Point less (i) Shipper’s compression fuel as described in ARTICLE 3.2.4, (ii) Shipper’s pro-rata share of fuel on Processor’s Pipeline System, (iii) loss and unaccounted for gas on Processor’s Pipeline System and at the Plant (including gains or losses), and (iv) gas used by Shipper for gas lift operations on Xxxxx associated herewith.
Gathered Volume means the sum of Shipper’s volume of Committed Gas (in MMBtu) delivered at each Delivery Point less (i) Shipper’s compression fuel as described in ARTICLE 3.2.3, (ii) Shipper’s pro-rata share of fuel on Gatherer’s Pipeline System, (iii) loss and unaccounted for gas on Gatherer’s Pipeline System (including gains or losses), and (iv) gas used by Shipper for gas lift operations on Xxxxx associated herewith.
Gathered Volume means, for any period, the sum of Shipper’s volume of Committed Gas (in MMBtu) delivered at each Delivery Point during that period less (i) Committed Gas used during that period by Gatherer for compression and treating fuel as described in ARTICLE 3.2.3 but excluding any purchased fuel gas, (ii) Shipper’s pro-rata share of Committed Gas used for fuel on Gatherer’s Pipeline System, including fuel use for treating purposes hereunder, (iii) loss and unaccounted for gas on Gatherer’s Pipeline System (including gains or losses) during that period, and (iv) gas used by Shipper for gas lift operations on Xxxxx during that period.

Examples of Gathered Volume in a sentence

  • Subject to ARTICLE 3.3(c) and ARTICLE 3.3(d), in the event Shipper fails to deliver the Gathering Volume Commitment for any applicable calendar quarter, Shipper shall pay Processor an amount equal to the product of the (i) Gathering Fee and (ii) positive difference between the Gathering Volume Commitment and the Gathered Volume for such calendar quarter (“Gathering Volume Commitment Deficiency Payment”).

  • Subject to ARTICLE 3.3(b) and ARTICLE 3.3(c), in the event Shipper fails to deliver the Gathering Volume Commitment for any applicable calendar quarter, Shipper shall pay Gatherer an amount equal to the product of the (i) Gathering Fee and (ii) positive difference between the Gathering Volume Commitment and the Gathered Volume for such calendar quarter (“Gathering Volume Commitment Deficiency Payment”).

Related to Gathered Volume

  • Runoff volume means the volume of water that runs off the land development project from a prescribed storm event.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Receipt Point(s) means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • PJM Region Peak Load Forecast means the peak load forecast used by the Office of the Interconnection in determining the PJM Region Reliability Requirement, and shall be determined on both a preliminary and final basis as set forth in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.

  • Ethanol blended gasoline means the same as defined in section 214A.1.

  • Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.

  • Throughput means the measure of production, or factor related to production, used to determine the relationship between the amount of energy used by the target unit and the levels of activity of the target unit, as set out in Schedule 6 to an underlying agreement; “the Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal established under the Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxx 00000;

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.
