Processing of Items. The provision of services shall be governed by the Processor’s Treasury Management Services Agreement, Commercial Account Agreement or other applicable agreements and related service terms (individually and collectively, the “Bank Agreements”), as may be amended from time to time, subject to the prior written consent to any such amendments of a material nature by the Trustee and AmeriCredit, which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

In such a case, you will need to deposit the check by using other means, such as visiting one of our branches. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or that otherwise fail to meet our requirements for processing. We will send to you a confirmation when we have received an item for deposit; however, receipt of such a confirmation does not mean that the transmission was error free, complete, or will be considered a deposit and credited to your Account. We reserve the right to charge back to your Account, at any time, any item that we subsequently determine was not an Eligible Item or any item that is returned by the Paying Bank.
Processing of Items. Images of Items transmitted by Depositor are not considered received by Bank until Depositor has received an electronic confirmation of the receipt of the deposit from Bank. However, receipt of the confirmation from Bank does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. Items transmitted by the Depositor and received by Bank or its subcontractors by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) Monday through Friday, shall be credited to the Depositor’s applicable account on the same Banking Day. Items received by Bank after 1:00 p.m. PST on any Banking Day shall be credited to the Depositor’s applicable account on the next successive Banking Day. Customer understands and agrees funds from Items deposited under the terms of this Agreement are not subject to Bank’s Funds Availability Policy and will generally be available after processed and once funds are received.
Processing of Items. Images of Items transmitted by Depositor are not considered received by NCFCU until Depositor has received an electronic confirmation of the receipt of the deposit from NCFCU. We are not responsible for items we do not receive or for images that are dropped during transmission. Receipt of the confirmation from NCFCU does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. NCFCU reserves the right to reject any item transmitted through the Services, at our discretion.
Processing of Items. The processing of checks and other deposited items will be accomplished in accordance with the various services and options recited in the attached End-User Set-up Form.

Items received and accepted by us after 6:00 PM CT on any Banking Day or Christmas Eve Day and New Year’s Eve Day, by 12:30 PM CT shall be credited to your applicable account on the second successive Banking Day. You understand and agree funds from Items deposited under the terms of this Addendum are not subject to our funds availability policy and will generally be available after processing and once funds are received. We reserve the right to postpone or delay the availability of funds from Items deposited at our sole discretion. We will notify you at the latest email address or mobile number we have on file (by text message, message and data rates apply) if availability of the funds from Items deposited is postponed or delayed. We will process all transactions received during the hours established, except when prevented from doing so due to equipment or electrical failures or any other condition beyond the reasonable control of the Bank. If Business Mobile Deposit is not functioning you will need to make your deposit at a banking office.

However, receipt of the confirmation from the Credit Union does not mean that the transmission was error free or complete. Items transmitted by you and received by the Credit Union or its subcontractors by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a Business Day, shall be deemed deposited to your applicable account on the same Business Day. Items received by the Credit Union after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on any Business Day shall be considered deposited to your applicable account on the next successive Business Day.
Processing of Items. Seller shall promptly process, and provide to Buyer supporting documentation relating thereto, all checks, drafts and withdrawal orders presented to Seller through the clearing process against depositor accounts assumed by Buyer.
