Processor Limit definition

Processor Limit means (a) when running the SQL Server component of the Transactional Report Program in a Physical Operating System Environment, the maximum number of Processors that a Physical Server running the SQL Server component can have, and (b) when running the SQL Server component of the Transactional Report Program in a Virtual Operating System Environment, the maximum number of Processors that can be allocated to the Virtual Operating System Environment running an instance of SQL Server.
Processor Limit means (a) when running the SQL Server component of the Exam Volume Program in a Physical Operating System Environment, the maximum number of Processors that a Physical Server running the SQL Server component can have; and (b) when running the SQL Server component of the Exam Volume Program in a Virtual Operating System Environment, the maximum number of Processors that can be allocated to the Virtual Operating System Environment running an instance of SQL Server.

Related to Processor Limit

  • Subprocessor means any person appointed by or on behalf of Processor to process Personal Data on behalf of the Company in connection with the Agreement.
