Procuring Officer definition

Procuring Officer means the person, if any, notified by the procuring entity to act as procuring officer for the purpose of the contract and named as such in the contract data.
Procuring Officer means the Authority officer conducting any procurement of Goods, Services, Technology, Electricity and construction pursuant to Section I.1 of Article II of this Policy.

Procuring Officer means any Officer, acting under the delegated powers of the appropriate Chief Officer, who is responsible for the procurement of works, goods and/or services.
