Produced Substances definition

Produced Substances means Hydrocarbons produced, whether intentionally or unintentionally, from the Leased Premises.
Produced Substances means oil, gas, casinghead gas, and by-products thereof, other hydrocarbons, sulphur, distillate, condensate, and other products separated or extracted from gas by use of oil and gas separators or conventional type or other equipment at least as efficient, and all other minerals produced and saved from the Leased Premises.

  • Further, no part of any Development Well may traverse the Subject Lands except for the purpose of producing Produced Substances without the prior written consent of University Lands, which may be granted or withheld in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Developer must obtain prior written permission from University Lands before (i) commingling Produced Substances from the Subject Lands with production from any other lease or unit into (x) a common manifold or separator, (y) common storage, or (z) a common gathering system or pipeline or (ii) utilizing an off-Subject Land gas supply to inject gas for lift purposes into any formation capable of producing Hydrocarbons from the Subject Lands.

  • Developer shall pay University Lands a percentage equal to the royalty rate set forth in this Article 8 of all monetary settlements received by Developer relating to the marketing, pricing, or taking of Produced Substances.

  • University Lands’ election to take its royalty in kind shall not modify or limit Developer’s duty to pay monetary royalties as provided herein or to market any Produced Substances not taken in kind.

  • Developer shall bear to the point of delivery all Costs and Expenses related to the Produced Substances delivered to University Lands.

  • University Lands has the right to specify the point of delivery for Produced Substances, which, at University Lands’ sole discretion, may be at the wellhead, at the separator, into a pipeline connected at the well, or at the location Developer sells its production, or University Lands and Developer may specify another mutually agreeable location.

  • To the extent Developer produces Hydrocarbons from any Development Well prior to execution of the corresponding Designation of Production Acreage, Developer shall pay or cause to be paid to University Lands a monetary royalty payment of Twenty-Five Percent (25%) of the Gross Value of Gross Production of all Produced Substances.

Related to Produced Substances

  • Regulated Substances means any pollutant or contaminant, waste, material, compound, chemical or substance regulated under Environmental Laws, including without limitation, petroleum or petroleum-derived products, asbestos containing material, toxic mold, radon gas or off-specification drywall or wallboard.

  • Substances means chemical elements and their compounds in the natural state or obtained by any production process, including any additive necessary to preserve the stability of the products and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition;

  • Controlled substances means those substances identified in 49 CFR 40.85. “CCF” means the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form.

  • Hazardous Substances means any toxic or hazardous substances, materials, wastes, contaminants or pollutants, including asbestos, PCBs, petroleum products and byproducts, and any substances defined or listed as "hazardous substances," "hazardous materials," "hazardous wastes" or "toxic substances" (or similarly identified), regulated under or forming the basis for liability under any applicable Environmental Law.

  • Regulated substance means any substance, material or waste the use, generation, handling, storage, treatment or disposal of which is regulated by any local or state government authority, including any of the same designated by any authority as hazardous, genetic, cloning, fetal, or embryonic.

  • Dangerous Substances means a substance or article described in regulation 3 of the Dangerous Substances Regulations;

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance. Intent under this subsection may be demonstrated by the substance's use, quantity, manner of storage, or proximity to other precursors or to manufacturing equipment.

  • Harmful substance means any substance which, if introduced into the sea, is liable to create hazards to human health, to harm living resources and marine life, to damage amenities or to interfere with other legitimate uses of the sea, and includes any substance subject to control by the present Convention.

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Hazardous Materials does not include products or materials that are commonly used in construction or industrial practice so long as they are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or Material Safety Data Sheets issued for the product or materials. (See Article 1.6.3 below.)

  • Controlled substance means a controlled substance in schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (2l U.S.C. 8l2) and as further defined in regulation at 2l CFR l308.ll-l308.l5.

  • Hazardous Materials means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

  • Hydrofluorocarbons means compounds that only contain hydrogen, fluorine, and carbon.

  • Hazardous Material means any substance, product, waste, pollutant, material, chemical, contaminant, constituent, or other material which is or becomes listed, regulated, or addressed under any Environmental Law, including, without limitation, asbestos, petroleum, and polychlorinated biphenyls.

  • Hazardous chemical has the meaning given in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth) and includes: prohibited carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); restricted carcinogen, as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); hazardous chemicals the use of which is restricted under regulation 382 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth), including polychlorinated biphenyls; Schedule 11 Hazardous Chemicals; hazardous chemicals listed in Table 14.1 of Schedule 14 of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth); Schedule 15 Chemicals; and lead as defined in subregulation 5(1) of the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth).

  • Homogeneous material means one material of uniform composition throughout or a material, consisting of a combination of materials, that cannot be disjointed or separated into different materials by mechanical actions such as unscrewing, cutting, crushing, grinding and abrasive processes;

  • Wastes means and includes any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, liquid, substance or material (including petroleum products and derivatives), the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential.
