Producing Interval definition

Producing Interval means any section of a wellbore that is open to, or intended to be open to, a formation or part of a formation that is intended to produce or is capable of producing oil or gas, or both, after well completion operations. The section of the wellbore may be open to the formation or part of the formation by any means, and may include but is not limited to, a section of a wellbore that is either uncased or has perforated casing.
Producing Interval means an Interval that is, or is reasonably expected to be (as the case may be), Productive.
Producing Interval means an Interval at which Petroleum is, or is reasonably expected to be (as the case may be), Produced.

More Definitions of Producing Interval

Producing Interval means, with respect to each Wellbore, the interval between and including the shallowest and deepest perforations in such Wellbore that are producing or capable of producing Hydrocarbons in Paying Quantities at the Effective Time.

  • Producing Party means the parties to this action and any third-parties producing “Confidential Information” in connection with depositions, document production or otherwise, or the party asserting the confidentiality privilege, as the case may be.
