Product Benefits Table definition

Product Benefits Table means the Product Benefits Table issued by Us and accompanying this Policy which specifies the Plan applicable, the Benefits available to the Insured Persons and any sub-limits applicable to each Benefit.

  • We will cover the cost of a health checkup as per Your plan eligibility as defined in the Product Benefits Table.

  • The following optional benefits shall apply under the Policy as per the plan in the Product Benefits Table and as specified in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate and shall apply to all Insured Persons only if such optional benefits are selected by You.

  • Note: The following benefits shall be available only if the Insured Person is eligible to receive the benefits as per the Insured Person’s Plan in the Product Benefits Table and as specified in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate in the Policy Year preceding the current Policy.

  • We will pay for the Group Indemnity Cover specified in the Product Benefits Table up to the Sum Insured of Group Indemnity Cover as specified in Schedule of Insurance Certificate.

  • This Policy provides benefits up to the Sum Insured subject to any specific limits specified in the Product Benefits Table, the terms, conditions, limitations and specific and general exclusions mentioned in the Policy and as shown in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate and eligibility for the insurance plan opted for as specified in the Product Benefit Table.

  • The following claim cost sharing options shall apply under the Policy as per the plan in the Product Benefits Table and as specified in the Policy Schedule and shall apply to all Insured Persons only if such options are selected by You in the Proposal Form and / or Information Summary Sheet.

  • This Rider provides benefits up to the Sum Insured subject to any specific limits specified in the Product Benefits Table, the terms, conditions, limitations and specific and general exclusions mentioned in this Rider and as shown in the Schedule of Insurance Certificate and eligibility for the Base Plan opted for as specified in the Product Benefit Table.

Related to Product Benefits Table

  • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.

  • SERP Benefit means the benefit described in Section 5.1.

  • Basic Plan means as to any Member or Vested Former Member the defined benefit pension plan of the Company or an Affiliated Employer intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 401(a) pursuant to which retirement benefits are payable to such Member or Vested Former Member or to the Surviving Spouse or designated beneficiary of a deceased Member or Vested Former Member.

  • Retirement Benefits means benefits paid by reference to reaching, or the expectation of reaching, retirement or, where they are supplementary to those benefits and provided on an ancillary basis, in the form of payments on death, disability, or cessation of employment or in the form of support payments or services in case of sickness, indigence or death. In order to facilitate financial security in retirement, these benefits may take the form of payments for life, payments made for a temporary period, a lump sum, or any combination thereof;

  • Death Benefit means the insurance amount payable under the Certificate at death of the Insured, subject to all Certificate provisions dealing with changes in the amount of insurance and reductions or termination for age or retirement. It does not include any amount that is only payable in the event of Accidental Death.

  • Net Benefit means the present value of the Covered Payments net of all federal, state, local, foreign income, employment and excise taxes.

  • Accrued Benefit have the meanings specified in ERISA.

  • Additional gap medical benefits means the benefits (if any) payable in respect of medical expenses that are more than the schedule fee and which otherwise meet the requirements of the fund’s no or known gap policy, provided always that the medical expenses relate to a professional service that:

  • Annual Benefit means an annual sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) multiplied by the Applicable Percentage (defined below) and then reduced to the extent required: (i) under the other provisions of this Agreement; (ii) by reason of the lawful order of any regulatory agency or body having jurisdiction over the Employer; and (iii) in order for the Employer to properly comply with any and all applicable state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, income, employment and disability income tax laws (eg., FICA, FUTA, SDI).

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means the benefit described in Section 2.1.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Fringe benefit means health insurance, a retirement benefit received under a pension plan or defined contribution plan, a paid vacation day, a paid holiday, sick leave, or any other similar employee benefit provided by an employer.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

  • Monthly Earnings means your gross monthly income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to your date of disability. It includes your total income before taxes. It is prior to any deductions made for pre-tax contributions to a qualified deferred compensation plan, Section 125 plan or flexible spending account. It does not include income received from commissions, bonuses, overtime pay or any other extra compensation or income received from sources other than your Employer.

  • Regular benefits ’ means benefits payable to an individual under this act or under any other state law, including benefits payable to federal civilian employees and to ex-servicemen pursuant to 5 U.S.C. chapter 85, other than extended benefits.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

  • Societal benefits charge means a charge imposed by an electric

  • extended reduction (qualifying contributory benefits means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible in accordance with paragraph 88 or 95;

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Matching Contribution means an Employer contribution made to this or any other defined contribution plan on behalf of a Participant on account of a Participant's Deferral Contribution.
