Product Field of Use definition

Product Field of Use means, with respect to a Product supplied by or on behalf of one Party or any of its Affiliates to the other Party or any of its Affiliates under a Manufacturing Product Agreement, the “Field of Use” for such Product, as such term is defined in the applicable Manufacturing Product Agreement.
Product Field of Use means in vivo therapeutics excluding any therapeutic agent for cardiac regeneration and cardiovascular disease.
