Product Hierarchy Level definition

Product Hierarchy Level means the fifth level in the Customer billing hierarchy, and is directly above the SERVICE HIERARCHY LEVEL which ties like SERVICES together for purposes of reporting. Each PRODUCT HIERARCHY LEVEL is considered independently for calculation and application of DISCOUNT ONE, LEC Cap Surcharges, MINIMUM AVERAGE TIME REQUIREMENT Surcharges, NONCOMPLETE TOLL FREE CALL Surcharges and MINIMUM PORT USAGE Surcharges.

Each Product Hierarchy Level is considered independently for calculation and application of Discount One, LEC Cap Surcharges, Minimum Average Time Requirement Surcharges, Noncomplete Toll Free Call Surcharges and Minimum Port Usage Surcharges.

  • This surcharge shall be calculated at each Product Hierarchy Level.

  • Reference Level means the level of the Index (excluding any flash estimates) published or announced by Eurostat (or any successor entity which publishes such index) in respect of the month that is 12 calendar months prior to the month referred to in “Latest Level” above.

The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

  • RBC level means an insurer's company action level RBC, regulatory action level RBC, authorized control level RBC, or mandatory control level RBC where:

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Product Category means the applicable category which best describes the product as listed in this Section 94508.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Indicator means a quantitative or qualitative factor or variable that contributes to better understanding progress in implementing;

  • KPI means a key performance indicator to which the Services are to be provided as set out in the Specification].

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
