Product Holder definition

Product Holder means the sole proprietor or legal entity specified in the Subscription Confirmation. For legal entities, “Product Holder” includes any entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Product Holder. For the purposes of this definition, “control” means (i) the power, directly or indirectly, to direct or manage such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares or beneficial ownership of such entity.
Product Holder means the user of Momentum Money who is legally responsible for the Wallets and all related charges.

  • Product Holder and its Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information provided via and any action taken through the JBA.

  • In this case, if the security created under the relevant Pledge Agreement is enforced, the proceeds of enforcement that a Leveraged and Tracking Product Holder will receive, may be less than the amounts due to Leveraged and Tracking Product Holders in respect of the relevant Issues of Secured Leveraged and Tracking Products.

  • In the event that the total number of Leveraged and Tracking Products being exercised on any date (other than the final exercise date) exceeds such maximum number, a Leveraged and Tracking Product Holder will not be able to exercise on such date all Leveraged and Tracking Products that such Leveraged and Tracking Product Holder desires to exercise.

  • Ticket Holder means any individual possessing, holding or using a Ticket, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was issued or transferred;

  • Third Party Manufacturer means any person, firm or company which carries out the reproduction of Work and/or manufactures and/or prints the Licensed Publication on behalf of the Licensee;

  • Management Holder means Holders who are employed by, or serve as consultants to or directors of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
