Xxxx of Materials definition

Xxxx of Materials means a detailed list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts and the quantities of each needed to manufacture Goods.

Xxxx of Materials or “BOM” shall mean a list of the Materials and the quantities of each needed to manufacture the Products being ordered by Customer, in each case as provided by Customer.

Xxxx of Materials means the listing or reference for the Components included in or required for the manufacture/assembly of Products in accordance with the Specifications, which Xxxx of Materials is set forth on EXHIBIT K (as such exhibit is updated in accordance with Section 11.1).

Xxxx of Materials or “BOM” refers to the list of Components necessary to manufacture the Product or Products.

Xxxx of Materials means a list of parts prepared at least annually by Seller for each blade model then in production, or forecasted to be in production in the following calendar year if such new blade model was presented to Seller in May of the current calendar year, identifying all direct materials, all indirect materials (other than consumables related to employee protection or consumed in the Production Facility on a periodic basis), subassemblies, parts and Tools required in the manufacture of such blade, the cost associated with each item and an aggregate cost for all items.
