Each Party will notify the other Party immediately, and promptly confirm such notice in writing, if it obtains information indicating that any Licensed Product may be subject to any Recall.
The provisions of Articles 11 (Seniority), 12 (Layoff Recall), 18 (Retirement), 21 (Maternity, Parental & Adoption Leave) and 30 (Benefits) of this Agreement do not apply to Auxiliary Employees in a Temporary Appointment, except as otherwise indicated.
Notice of Recall: Any who has been notified at last known address to to work, and within seven (7) days has failed to do so, or failed to contact the office shall be considered to have quit employment voluntarily, and existing seniority rights shall thereupon be terminated.
