Product Release Date definition

Product Release Date or "PR" shall mean the date of general market introduction of the Product in the Law Enforcement Field. The Product Release Date will be mutually and explicitly agreed to in writing by LFP and CMI.

Product Release Date means, with respect to any Product sold by Avecia to Customer hereunder, the date of sign off by the Avecia Quality Assurance Department (“Avecia QA”) on the executed batch records and the analytical report for all Product release testing under Avecia control or for which Avecia is expressly responsible.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Supply Start Date means the date(s) specified in clause 2.8;

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the Expiry Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Contract Transition Period means the 90 day transition as defined in Section F of this Contract.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter.
