Production Use definition

Production Use means any functional operation of the Licensed Software in support of Your normal business operations (such as normal productive use and pre-production testing other than Failover Readiness Testing).
Production Use means use of a Bentley Product in Object Code form by a User or Device, as applicable, solely for Subscriber’s internal production purposes, and excludes External Users (except with respect to access to Server Products).
Production Use means the date Service is first used by Customer to capture time; calculate, distribute, or record compensation to an Employee; or for which the Service is used for any reason other than development, evaluation, and acceptance testing.

Examples of Production Use in a sentence

  • The Solution will achieve the Go-Live Project Phase and will be ready for Production Use when County Project Director, approves in writing all Acceptance Tests under Attachment A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work), leading to such Go-Live.

  • Contractor’s Service obligations to the County during Production Use of the Solution as specified in Exhibit C (Service Level Agreement) to this Contract.

  • Such Production Use will not restrict Contractor’s performance under this Contract and will not be deemed Final Acceptance of the Solution.

  • A.1 (Tasks and Deliverables) to Exhibit A (Statement of Work), and this Contract, following Solution Implementation by Contractor and prior to Final Acceptance by the County, the County will have the right to use, in a Production Use mode, any completed portion of the System, without any additional cost to the County where the County determines that it is necessary for County’s operations.

  • Contractor hereby warrants to the County that the Solution must be free from any and all Deficiencies commencing from Production Use of the System through the Term of the Contract.


More Definitions of Production Use

Production Use means use of the Software in object code form by a single User or a Device, as applicable, solely for internal production purposes in support of one Site.
Production Use means the capability to use, or the actual use of, the System in a live environment;
Production Use means use of the Software by Client for its own internal business purposes only.

Production Use means the actual use of the System on the production server as it relates to the Application Software.
