Trial Use Sample Clauses

Trial Use. Subject to the terms and conditions offered to Customer for trial use and the terms of this Agreement, Customer may access and use the Service Offerings on a trial basis, for the period stated in the applicable TD, or if no time stated, for thirty (30) days from the date access is granted. ANY ACCESS AND USE FOR TRIAL PURPOSES IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND LENOVO PROVIDES NO SERVICE LEVEL AVAILABILITIES (SLAs), WARRANTIES, OR INDEMNIFICATION FOR SUCH TRIALS. ANY CUSTOMER DATA ENTERED OR CONFIGURATIONS OF THE SERVICE OFFERINGS DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD WILL NOT BE STORED OR AVAILABLE AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD.
Trial Use. If Delphix has provided you with Software for evaluation only, you have thirty (30) days from installation date and/or access date to evaluate the Software (“Evaluation Period”). If you decide to license use of any of the Software after the Evaluation Period, you must obtain a paid license under terms set out in the applicable Order Form. If you decide not to obtain a paid license for any Software after the Evaluation Period, you must cease using the Software and delete any copies of it from your systems. Software licensed during the Evaluation Period is provided “as-is” and Delphix does not provide technical and maintenance services or offer any warranties until a paid license is obtained.
Trial Use. If the Software is licensed on a trial basis, your rights to use the Software are limited to the trial period. During the trial period, the Software may provide limited functionality and your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk. During and following the trial period, you may have the option to convert to a full license. After the expiration of any trial period without conversion, the Software will be automatically disabled.

This trial Service might be offered later with different features, for a fee, or not at all, as determined by the Provider in its sole discretion. To maintain a consistent quality of service, the Provider reserves the right to suspend trial access to the Service as needed.

Trial Use. If Customer accesses the Services as part of a trial evaluation (“Trial Use”), the License is granted for the period enabled for the Services provided by neXenio. neXenio shall have the right to downgrade, limit or otherwise modify the Services provided for Trial Use at any time without notice, and no guarantee, indemnity, Maintenance or Support obligations of neXenio shall apply to Trial Use. neXenio has the right to immediately revoke and terminate any Trial Use at any time. Trial Use is not a guarantee of future product features and should not be relied upon in making any purchasing decisions.
Trial Use. At Customer’s request, Glean may make available to Customer trial or evaluation use of the Service, including services, software, or features that may not yet be generally available, including pre-release or beta versions of the foregoing which may not operate correctly (collectively, “Trials”). Trials may include partial features or functionality of the Service. Customer may access and use Trials solely for the purpose of evaluating and testing the Service and related features. Except for paid Trials, Glean may terminate Customer’s access to and use of any Trial at any time.
Trial Use. If you have selected a trial license of the Software, these terms apply to such Trial License (defined below). Subject to and conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Camera Bits grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable, and non-transferable license during the 30 day evaluation period (the “Trial Term”) to: (i) use the Software solely for evaluation purposes; and (ii) use and make a reasonable number of copies of the Technical Documentation (defined below) solely for your internal purposes in connection with evaluating the Software the Software (the "Trial License").
