Productive Acreage definition

Productive Acreage as used in this Paragraph 8 shall mean and refer to the minimum acreage required by the Railroad Commission for a well for production purposes without an exception to applicable spacing and/or proration rules, unless Lessor agrees in writing to a larger unit. “Unproductive Depths” as used in this Paragraph 8 shall mean and refer to all depths below one hundred feet (100’) below the deepest depth drilled by Lessee on the Premises.
Productive Acreage means and refer to the minimum acreage required for a well for production purposes pursuant to the applicable rules and regulations of the Railroad Commission (including any exceptions for optional smaller units that are granted on a pro forma basis) and as agreed upon and approved by Lessor.
Productive Acreage means and refer to the acreage in the leased premises which is allocated by the Oregon Department of Geology and Mineral Industries under ORS 520.210(3) and OAR 632-010-225 governing the establishment of spacing units to a well for production purposes upon which production of a Royalty Resource in Paying Quantities continues and/or delay drilling penalties or shut-in royalties are being paid.

  • If on that date, Lessee is diligently drilling or completing a well on the Premises or is diligently working to establish the Productive Acreage for any completed well on the Premises, then any Productive Acreage ultimately established by these xxxxx will remain included in this Lease under this Article 8(c)(i).

More Definitions of Productive Acreage

Productive Acreage means the acreage earned and retained by the Sharing Well (regardless of its classification as an oil or gas well under the then-current rules and regulations of the Railroad Commission of Texas or its successor), calculated using the following formula: 0.032 x L = A, where L = the length (in feet) of the Productive Drainhole Length, and A = the area in acres assigned to the Sharing Well, provided that, if A is not evenly divisible by the number 20, A will be rounded up to the next number divisible by 20.

  • Productive Assets means assets (including assets of a referent Person owned directly or indirectly through ownership of Capital Stock) of a kind used or useful in the Cable Related Business.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;
