Productivity Improvement Plan definition

Productivity Improvement Plan or "PIP Plan" shall mean the Southern Company Productivity Improvement Plan or replacement thereto, as such plans may be amended from time to time.
Productivity Improvement Plan or "PIP" shall mean (1) the Southern Company Productivity Improvement Plan, amended and restated January 1, 1998, and terminated effective December 31, 1999 and, (2) for purposes of determining the Transition PIP Award for Eligible Employees who were eligible to receive an award under the Southern Company Executive Productivity Improvement Plan on December 31, 1999, the Southern Company Executive Productivity Improvement Plan, as of December 18, 1999.

Related to Productivity Improvement Plan

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Needs Improvement the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall is below the requirements of a standard or overall, but is not considered to be unsatisfactory at this time. Improvement is necessary and expected.  Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
