Professional Services Firm definition

Professional Services Firm means a nationally recognized certified public accounting firm or compensation consulting firm mutually selected by Xxxxxxx and Executive.
Professional Services Firm means an entity that provides legal, accounting, taxation or financial advice or services to the Institute from time to time.
Professional Services Firm has the meaning provided in Section 13.3.
