Proficient the Educator’s performance fully and consistently meets the requirements of a standard or overall. Proficient practice is understood to be fully satisfactory.
Speaker and "Deputy Speaker" means the respective persons holding office as Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House;
Limited English proficiency means any of the following:
Audit trail means a documented history of a financial transaction by which the transaction can be traced to its source.

Speech-language pathology means the application of principles, methods, and procedures related to the development and disorders, whether of organic or nonorganic origin, that impede oral, pharyngeal, or laryngeal sensorimotor competencies and the normal process of human communication including, but not limited to, disorders and related disorders of speech, articulation, fluency, voice, verbal and written language, auditory comprehension, cognition/communication, and the application of augmentative communication treatment and devices for treatment of such disorders
Speech-language pathologist means an individual who is licensed by a state to practice speech-language pathology.
FedRAMP means the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), which is an assessment and authorization process that federal government agencies have been directed to use to ensure security is in place when accessing Cloud computing products and services.
Impulsive sound means either a single pressure peak or a single burst (multiple pressure peaks) that has a duration of less than one second.
Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.
Touch-up coating means a coating used to cover minor coating imperfections appearing after the main coating operation.
Takaful means a scheme based on brotherhood, solidarity and mutual assistance which provides for mutual financial aid and assistance to the Takaful Participants in case of need whereby the Takaful Participants mutually agree to contribute for that purpose.
Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;
IVR means Interactive Voice Response.
Midwife means a midwife in good standing with the College of Midwives of Ontario;
Help Desk means the contact point established by Project Co in respect of the Help Desk Services for the notification of Demand Requisitions, the occurrence of Events and other matters arising in relation to the provision of Services;
Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and
Ambulatory review means utilization review of health care services performed or provided in an outpatient setting.
Walked means when an Attendee with a confirmed reservation is denied a room for any reason.
Certified scale weigh ticket means a weigh ticket that has been issued by a
Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Nursing assistant means a nursing assistant as defined under RCW 18.88A.020 or successor laws.
On-the-job training means training that is provided by an employer during the routine performance of a job.
