Program Implementation Period definition

Program Implementation Period means a three (3) year period, corresponding to the period of a Three-Year EE Plan, during which PREPA administers EE programs and during which time the performance of PREPA is evaluated with respect to performance metrics (and incentives if applicable).
Program Implementation Period means the period after the design or development of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Management Program (SWPPMP) when the permittee implements the SWMPSWPPP.

  • If the level of funding for the Initial Program Implementation Period does not put Puerto Rico on a trajectory to meet the goal, then the TPA can provide the data and analytics to either establish a higher budget or a different ramp period through its 20-year forecast.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.
