Project Implementing Entity means a legal entity (other than the Recipient or the Guarantor): (a) that is responsible for implementing all or a part of the Project; and (b) which is a party to the Project Agreement. If the Bank enters into a Project Agreement with more than one such entity, “Project Implementing Entity” refers separately to each such entity.
Implementing Entity means the [Implementing Entity] that is the party to this Agreement and the recipient of the Grant;
Implementing Partner or “IP” means [full name of Implementing Partner, followed by address].
Project Implementing Entity’s Legislation means the Charter of the Municipal Development Fund established pursuant to Decree No. 118 of the Government of Georgia dated July 23, 2005, as amended to date.
Operating Entities means, from time to time, the Persons in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests and that (i) directly hold real estate assets, or (ii) indirectly hold real estate assets but all of the interests of which are not held, directly or indirectly, by the Holding Entities, other than, in the case of each of (i) and (ii), any Person in which the Holding Entities, directly or indirectly, hold interests for investment purposes only of less than 5% of the outstanding equity securities of that Person;
Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.
Implementing Agencies means the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), and the World Bank in accordance with paragraph 22 of the Instrument.
Managing entity means the managing agent or, if there is no managing agent, the time-share

Implementing Agency means the "Division of Waste Management."
Non-profit housing development means development of a building or structure intended for use as residential premises by,
CRD IV Implementing Measures means any regulatory capital rules or regulations or other requirements, which are applicable to the Issuer and which prescribe (alone or in conjunction with any other rules, regulations or other requirements) the requirements to be fulfilled by financial instruments for their inclusion in the regulatory capital of the Issuer (on a non-consolidated or consolidated basis) to the extent required by the CRD IV Directive or the CRR, including for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation any regulatory technical standards released from time to time by the European Banking Authority (or any successor or replacement thereof);
PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants.
Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.
Parenting plan means a written plan describing each parent's rights and responsibilities.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)
Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Development Contribution means the amount of money referred to in item 5 of the Schedule;
Operating Entity means an entity that operates and controls a portion of the bulk transmission system with the goal of ensuring reliable energy interchange between generators, loads, and other operating entities.
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Disaster recovery project means a project located on property
Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Erosion and sediment control plan or "plan" means a document containing material for the conservation of soil and water resources of a unit or group of units of land. It may include appropriate maps, an appropriate soil and water plan inventory and management information with needed interpretations, and a record of decisions contributing to conservation treatment. The plan shall contain all major conservation decisions to ensure that the entire unit or units of land will be so treated to achieve the conservation objectives.
Development regulations or "regulation" means the controls
